SQL registration

Talk to the marketing manager in your country to make sure you receive emails from all the SQL forms that are active. There are quite a few different forms, such as Smart Demo, Project Info, Free Lists, Tactics, Forecast Products, Produktfakta, etc.

When you receive the email from HubSpot, check if the company is already in the system. If there are duplicates you need to merge them (for example SQL comes from Vendor, search for Vendor AS/OY/SE and Vendor), it’s often duplicates because of marketing leads.

To merge companies, do the following:

In the company card – click on “Action – then choose “Merge”

Then this pops up and you search for the company you wanna merge. ( The company that you have opened is the one you will keep.)

If the company isn’t already in HS, you need to purchase it from the CRM Importer, and you can do that here: https://crm-importer.docunordic.net/ Maybe you need to log in with your MyranID and password.

You can easily see whether the company is already in the system or if you need to purchase it.

It sometimes happens that companies change their name, so if you search for Koko AS in the CRM Importer but Loko AS appears, they have most likely changed the company name.

Then check Regnskapstall, Proff, or similar company overview sites. This way, you can be sure that you’re purchasing the correct company. It doesn’t happen often, but occasionally it does.

If you receive SPAM, mark it under Lost Reason and select the appropriate reason. Remember to check of the box that pops up to indicate that you don’t want a reminder for this SQL again. You need to do this for all SQLs you mark as Lost Reason, otherwise they will reappear as reminders after some time.

Have your own form or system to keep track of who has received what and who received the last one. You can also find this overview under Leads in HS, but it can sometimes be a bit tricky to see there if you haven’t selected the right columns.

I use this columns under LEADS: Lead name – primary associated contact object ID – Object created date – Lead form submission – Lead owner – Lead type – company – lead stage – lead source – lead tags – disqualification reason

All SQLs should be called as soon as possible, so it’s a bit of a “drop what you’re doing” situation and assign the SQL to a salesperson/KAM

Have a plan B for what should happen with SQLs when you’re sick, away from work, on vacation, etc.

Just let me know along the way if there’s anything, and I’ll do my best to help
