DEAL Pipeline

Step by step-guide

We’re currently experiencing an internal API issue, which is affecting the DEAL pipeline.

Normally, an order should automatically move from “Quote signed” to “Myran order completed” every night at midnight — but that’s not happening right now.

 

As a result, the sales rep needs to move the deal manually, in two steps:

  1. First to “Myran order completed”,
  2. Then to “Handed over to onboarding”

 

Once the API is working properly again, this manual step will no longer be necessary. I’ll keep you updated when it's resolved.

A small tip: The sales rep should fill out the Playbook (Account Plan) as soon as the contract is signed (i.e., when the deal reaches “Quote signed” in the pipeline).

The Playbook is located on the deal card, and once filled out, it will also be visible both on the deal card and the company card.
